Beautiful, bright, cozy and the views of the city really great, so is this house and these were the main reasons for its new owner decided to buy it. Of course, to be located in an old building, with more than 30 years old, underwent comprehensive reform, as it was quite impaired in general and the materials and finishes outdated and outmoded.

The first thing we did was insulate the walls, change all the wiring and pipes, then install the floor, parquet flooring throughout the house except the kitchen and bathroom, the latter with a ceramic flooring in a light gray . Then all the woodwork was renovated and replaced with a beautiful wood painted white, to match the baseboards, and painted all the walls smooth and clear tones. As for the distribution remained the existing one: a long corridor leads to the living room and bedroom on one side, and in the other, the kitchen with a small office in the background and a full bathroom bath.

THE LIVING AND THE DINING distinct. The owner wanted a timeless decor, which is convenient, comfortable and with some classic style. For this reason, in the living area, and in order to maximize natural light, there was a large library of white wood, as and along the entire wall, with gates at the bottom to store , and numerous top shelves to place books, as it is a book lover. Against this, the seating area with two large white sofas in "L", two coffee tables also compared and, closing the area, two beautiful matching upholstered chairs, all of Juan Leal.

At the other end of the hall is the dining room. Along the same lines, is furnished with an extendable table and respective silllas, flanked by two identical symmetrical cabinets where you can keep your dishes, linens and cutlery. To unify the room and the dining room were placed the same carpets, Aubusson and Zigler.

Bright kitchen. In the kitchen, maximize space was a priority and, as the plant is long, was equipped with white furniture and placed as

in parallel, leaving the center free to provide good mobility and access to the small dining area at the rear, where the large window, dressed in roman shades Gaston y Daniela. In terms of distribution, on the left side moved the work area and cooking with the oven and hob, and in the other wall, the water, with washing machine and dishwasher panels to be camouflaged and integrated, and the refrigerator, non-stain steel.

Delicate and feminine. This is the master bedroom with a large dressing room and bathroom, where great ideas include decorative and cabinets, both with glass doors and curtains to lighten inside to hide inside. A comfortable dark wood contrasts with the rest and customize this room.
