We know that we need at least 8 hours a day dedicated to sleep, to sleep. To effectively operate as a rest, as important as the quantity of sleep is the quality. It is no good sleep much, if we sleep poorly.

This requires that both the mattress and the pillow are those, which prevent the body tension and provide anatomical comfort.

Memory foam mattresses are the latest answer to our rest. The viscoelastic material adjusts to body temperature pressure and reducing the need to move during the break and maintained thus allowing more time in deep sleep phase.

How to choose the best memory foam mattress? We must first know what types of mattresses we offer the market:

  • With viscoelastic springs: springs have 2 to 3 cm of memory foam, two on each side. Are firmer.
  • Viscoelastic monolayer: they have a foam and a layer of memory foam that ranges from 2 to 15 inches, the most recommendable of 5 cm or more.
  • Double Layer: armed with viscoelastic layers on both sides of the mattress firmness is guaranteed for many years.
