Decorating a bedroom in Feng-shui

We all need a good rest, have a peaceful sleep and pleasant to be able to disconnect from the problems we have. To get to sleep at home, we have a few rules when decorating the bedroom according to Feng-shui.

The room where we sleep is one of the most important of our house, and we spent it is a place for relaxation. To decorate the room properly, we must consider two things: the location in the home and decoration.

Some tips from Feng-shui for the bedroom:

- Try the bedroom has a single door to serve as the input and output.
- The best room is a ceiling that is flat, without curls or beams that pass through it.
- The placement of the bed is important. We must never face the door or under a window, since the energy of the spaces would pass through our body and may cause nightmares or restless sleep.
- The head of the bed should be supported by a solid wall, the ideal is a wooden headboard. Avoid metal.
- It is advisable to have mirrors hung inside the room, as they tend to bounce energy.
- The best colors for a bedroom are beige, white or light colors with some red tones.
- To create a relaxed atmosphere, it is best to use table lamps and soft lighting indirectly.
- If the bedroom has a bath, before bed do not forget to close the door.
- The plants are a good solution to decorate and oxygenate the atmosphere, also serve to channel the bad energy, freeing the good.

Remember that Feng Shui is a Chinese art used to lead a more balanced, calm and organized in a changing world, which revolves endlessly.
