Remodeling is always a complex challenge of planning, it is necessary to find the positives of what pre-existing, and balanced with a program that meets the current requirements of the customer which, in turn, express and print the current architect of the new proposal, in this case us.

The redesign project consisted of a house in a housing type generic rethinking spaces and existing uses.

The work to give a proper proportion and the original program was complex, but led from there to implement the project in which we use interior areas originally intended to become the corridors and bathrooms, floors and renivelamos create new panels in various areas to cover the original structure.

Once that seek to create a very clean and delicate finish which prevailed as generators of the project.

Because our client was involved in importing and selling furniture, we were fortunate enough to participate actively with innovative products that helped rescue reinforcing neutral spaces with lighting, finishes and furnishings.
