When we seek to delimit our garden, which often works as a separation between the ground and our neighbor, we seek security in the enclosure, protecting our privacy and at the same time, visual beauty and aesthetic criteria. The options are many: brick or stone walls, wooden fences ... but in all cases, although we have not thought of first instance, it is possible to incorporate nature and green vegetation. The classic creepers and love of the wall, for example, are a good option for covering a wall of stone or bricks, not only for its aesthetic beauty but also for the benefit at the air conditioning. Shade and moisture that provide benefit to the garden and around our home, to be of great help in keeping warm temperature.

Another interesting option is the creation of 100% vegetable walls. These fences can be formed with many shrub species, and combine freely, but knowing that may be adapted to any type of soil and climatic conditions of the area you will find our garden. The plants used for this type of plant walls are entirely those of slower growth with compact branches to provide good coverage and ensuring a longer period of life and greenery. Conifers and shrubs can also provide us with adequate natural fences, such as in the case of cypress, which also have the advantage of being perennial and ensure a green wall after strong growth. Other species of mass use, in this case material to decorate fences, are the various species ligustro, yew, the azarero and jasmine.

All of them provide us with interesting colors and give life to our walls, as we see in the picture above, in this case with red vines. The signature Nurseries Iris, on the other hand, presents us in the picture below a wall fully developed plant species whose scientific name is Bougainvillea glabra, and is popularly known as Santa Rita creeper or paper. It is a plant native to South America, and its main characteristics is that it is worth climbing, woody stems and spiny, with evergreen leaves and small flowers and yellow tubular structure. Although you need full sun to grow copiously, adapts to any soil type provided it is not clay, and does not stand excess water and frost. On the other hand, is able to withstand droughts. It blooms in spring, summer and early fall. Undoubtedly, a burst of vitality for our garden.
