In a way it is because the space is a handicap when it comes to organizing rooms, placing furniture and risky bet on different proposals. However, we can give you some tricks so you will not be so difficult. You will see that the imagination can prevent more than one problem.

The home of the artist was where we first had to intervene, a former tight PH environments which will bring greater dynamism to the integration of new visual spaces and changing routes at every step. It is located in the center of the block in the neighborhood of San Telmo on the first floor of an old building in the area. The PH has two floors, the first access takes place, the kitchen, library and workshop, in the second bedroom and access to the terrace. But our challenge was how to build a new space for painting workshop at low cost. The only possibility of expansion at a low budget was built on the roof.
