The building is located on the edge of the site, to maximize the distance to the neighbors and leave room for other construction. The basement of the concrete anchor block on the slope of the land and houses and access services. On this volume is a wooden house, which appears as a boat. This apartment faces east, protecting access.

The concrete chimney rises from the basement as a mast, and along with the walls forming the skeleton, which is located behind the stairs that connect the two 3 levels.
