The land to be the beginning of a trough, had a rugged and at the same time it was found that the highly populated area of trees and wildlife. Since the first site visit will be decided by the two design principles: be part of that nature, live and play it and take the sea view and the coffee farms.

To be part of nature, we decided to do a long route through the trees and enjoy life at all three levels: low crown at the cups and glasses on at the same time to enjoy the view. This caused a house to go narrow mingling amid the trees and avoid excessive work terracería by strong inclination. Secondly, it was decided to take the concept of the terrace can be outside most of the time except in the intimate spaces and bathrooms.
To generate this feeling I wanted to test the concept of sculptor Oteitza of empty chains, demonstrating the vacuum, absorbing a high cement walls that are folded and become flat and which define and separate the visible area of the countryside. To enjoy the view, a viewpoint supported mezzanine wood on this great platform specific.
The shell of the house are added, fixes that ignore the mass of concrete in order to reinforce the idea of a single element that must be protected from the weather (rain, specifically), like the roof, which is managed as a large canopy and light emitted from the main structure. The glass allows the outside to penetrate the interior space.
Aesthetically, this element is closed for concrete patching and supported by steel stanchions, relates to the manner of construction is particularly within the country. Where buildings are developed on a seasonal basis and will finish with what is at hand. They are also very fragile, which give the impression that they are to derail the first storm, as masses of Dalí supported by crutches.
