Located in the Mount Baker area of Seattle, this home is perched on a hillside above the street. The design focuses on capturing the views of the environment through large glazed panels that go from floor to sky and through a roof terrace.

237 mt2 spread over three floors and include four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living level, a respective garage and a terrace of 40 mt2 at the top. In addition, this home includes a separate room located on the first level, accompanied by a yard.

The structural approach was based on juxtaposing three volumes, each with a separate program. The volumes are lined with cedar wood and concrete.
