Minimalism is an architectural trend in New York which appeared in the 60s, its creator, the German architect Ludwig Mies Van Der Rohe's motto was "Less is more." Van Der Rohe worked as director of the School of Art and Design the Bauhaus, where his first materialized ideas about the purity of form.
