Exiting into the Sound from Strandpark in Kastrup Sea Bath living and integral part of the new waterfront.
The project consists of the main building on the water, the new beach services building and an annex with a sink and dressing room for the disabled.
A wooden pier takes visitors around a building coming parts of this series, rising gradually on the surface of the sea, ending in a swim platform for 5m. The material used is wood azobé, chosen for its durability in sea water.
Bath Sea stands on thin legs around a few meters above the water-bearing structures and are exposed on the outside. The building has a wooden deck of 870m2, 70m2 and 90m2 of Camarines services in a building on land.

The bathroom is designed as a dynamic sculptural form which can be seen from the beach, sea and air. Gradually changes its shape as the observer moves around it.
The circular shape creates an internal, protected from the wind. This opens to the coast to connect with the beach and invite visitors to enter. A continuous bank runs along the waterfront, creating another area for rest and recreation.
An important part of the concept of Sea Bath is that membership is free and open to the public at all times. This "bath" is designed as a support to practice non-traditional sports. There is room for a quiet afternoon of swimming, as well as to exercise and have fun. It is expected that older adults are as comfortable as the young athletes. Ramps and other features and facilities that enable community members with less mobility may have full access to the toilets.
Lighting
The purpose of the lighting in Kastrup Sea Baths in addition to being safe and functional is to provide a dramatic experience of the place, night and during the long season of darkness.
The lighting is designed to emphasize the architectural sculpture. Key elements are a series of vertical lights that illuminate the interior of the semi circular wall. The light reflected from these walls illuminated indirectly sector sinks, and its dynamic is visible from surrounding areas.
A measures the reflector wall grows, there is a dramatic contrast of blue light coming from behind the stairs and swim platforms.
The other important element in the lighting, two guidelines are based on LED points along the wharf.
