The Hermitage Plaza Foster + Partners is a project in Courbevoie, west of La Defense, which extends to the Seine river with cafes, trading and as the center square. The project also involves 2 slender towers 323 meters high which incorporate mixed uses within and from outside to deliver a new look Paris skyline.

This major project has as one of their life goals incorporate the entire area east of Defense by a high density plan and sustainable. The towers thus accommodate space hotel spa, apartments, offices and trade in the lower part. Open and permeable, the towers invite people to walk through a central piazza both configurations, a place with a strong social focus.
As the towers are opening their height take panoramic landscape view of Paris and the glazed facade catches the sunlight on its surface providing a permanent visual play of reflections as the sun moves. Furthermore the position of the panels is adjusted to a suitable light receiving his starts while allowing ventilation of interior spaces, qualities that earned him a rating BREEAM (environmental assessment method for buildings) of excellence.
In the bottom plan projects the main piazza to the river, which passes on the road displaying a green mantle to reach a service area such as restaurants and cafes. The plan made considering the current master and the EPAD Courbevoie (La Defense) in order to revitalize the river's edge.
