Had 3 new towers of the WTC New York: Foster, Rogers and Maki
Missing 1 days for the fifth anniversary of the 11-S, architects Norman Foster, Richard Rogers and Fumihiko Maki have submitted plans for three new towers to be built in the grounds of the World Trade Center (WTC) in New York, next to the called Freedom Tower. The skyscraper will be located in a semicircle in descending height, around the monument to the victims.
With these buildings are complete plans for the area formerly occupied by the Twin Towers. At the heart of the project will be the Freedom Tower (541 meters, the highest in United States), which is already under construction.

Both buildings of the British Richards Rogers and Norman Foster as the Japanese Fumihiko Maki will be covered with glass, with most of them (for Foster) the same height of the Empire State. This skyscraper is topped by four diamond-shaped structures that point towards the memorial park. At night, the diamamantes illuminate the area south of Manhattan. Like the other two towers, it also hopes to get the gold LEEDS certification.
