Do you know YOO?
The idea behind YOO is quite simple. Selling overvalued real estate in the most expeditious manner possible, using the image and the magnetism of the design superstar Philippe Starck ...
... Or at least that's one way of looking at it.

Another way to understand much less dismissive of his work deals with a top that moves and that is the belief that creative design can add value to real estate development. And understood not only as a design choice of furniture and color of the curtains, but in a broader sense, starting with developing a concept through architectural design, interior design and marketing communications, thus the entire project.
YOO is a partnership between Philippe Starck and property developer John Hitchcox, which both aim to fill the void that left the estate with little imagination and lack of vision. Based on the premise that you can give a design with high-flying but democratic, with good proportions, good quality and good materials but not necessarily tied to an exclusive price. The design called "focused" osea design a purpose-oriented clients, reasonably priced and sold.
Offer their services as consultants or as investors and working on new projects or in most cases with old buildings, abandoned or simply ignored, which are then renovated and value through design.
In the first phase developed a concept to convey a life experience associated with inspirational and engaging history of the building or neighborhood and then develop different types of departments and their internal environment. In the final phase of developing a marketing campaign that puts value on the concept and bring up the figure of Starck, making the project a good seductive and desirable.
Reviewing projects one realizes that they are built on key real estate. " Bone project the greatest amount of m2, the structure is standard, clear and simple and work based on the repetition and the elements in series. But what's interesting is just that. Throwing hand on the design genius of Starck and manage change in a novel product with a palette of colors and materials that appeal, with forms that convey status, exclusivity or just a joy to transform their ownership and walls in a life experience.
And to think that like any good story that ends with a happy ending ...
