The project of four units, each unit of 162.5 sq meters, is a house located in a small suburb south of Seattle called Beacon Hill. Surrounded by an ancient history of single-storey houses in brick, multifamily building rises bold 3 levels to finish in a generous terrace with a cedar deck. The design starts at the level of access where residents gain a sense of privacy down a few stairs, behind a concrete barrier to access to housing.

The houses are wrapped in glazed concrete floors and bamboo wood. The concrete and steel staircase is a focal point of design on which perch eyes to access each unit.

Design elements include floor to ceiling windows, which is repeated at each level. Work symmetrical facades of the 4 units makes one building.
A social area where the dining room joins the kitchen commonplace these days, strengthens the relationship cook-eat-sharing.
