Construction: Torre Corporativa DuocUC / Sabbagh Arquitectos
In the area of the seat Duoc Antonio Varas builds the new corporate building in the institution, by Sabbagh Arquitectos. It is a tower 15 stories high and 14,000 m2, which is located on the east side of the current headquarters of the educational field.
The building will house a new casino, a library of 650 m2, installations, several classrooms and technology centers in the organization, in addition to the institutional office of the Headquarters DuocUC.

The building, a structure with pillars, beams and slabs of reinforced concrete, with a closing double-skin glass facades in the north, east and west. The leather interior is a conventional enclosure and the exterior skin is quiebrasol a glass on a frame of aluminum profiles. Precincts inside out from inside the skin, lessening the greenhouse effect.
