In the neighborhood of Chelsea in New York City, United States of America, built this building designed by departments of Shigeru Ban. These are nine duplex apartments - four of 180 m2, four of 250 m2 and 295 m2 of a penthouse - that are characterized by the metal shutters covering the entire facade.
Blinds recall the characteristic closure of commercial premises and industrial neighborhood that is located in the building.
The building is adjacent to projects like the renovation of the High Line or the IAC Building by Frank Gehry
