In construction phase is the expansion of the Faculty of Law, University of Chile, by Humberto Eliash and Moreno Marsino Architects. The new building concludes a series of interventions performed on the original 1938 building, the architect Juan Martínez, such as the refurbishment of the library and made the Hall a few years ago.
The extension closes the site for Bellavista Av, forming the inner courtyard, open to the east, in the form of a broad U. In the new facility includes a new casino, 16 classrooms, multipurpose rooms and space for 100 parking spaces, with a total new floor area of 8,000 m². Part of the program is located under the courtyard, which was also remade.
