This project consists of a large mixed-use complex designed for a very dense area of the city of Hanoi. Due to the small amount of soil, was a real challenge to design a complex of this size. However, this limitation was used for connecting and providing areas common to the various sectors that comprise the total building.

The project comprises offices, a hotel, apartments and commercial spaces which are arranged in three vertical towers taking similar heights. Each of the meetings between the sectors that comprise the building breathes life into common spaces for recreation, with both visual and spatial relationships to the outside. The exterior spaces of the lower stress by incorporating vegetation.
The hotel took a role as a provider of common spaces in the top through recreational places such as Spa, Gym and Bar. Areas such as Restaurants or Karaokes are the departments, so that they can be exploited by those residents. Finally, an observatory to see the city is situated on a tower surmounted by terraces, gardens, and any resident can enjoy the panorama from that height can be seen. It is expected that the building is completed within the next year.
