This museum was designed by MAD, is being built in the center of this new plan and as you can see, the design is composed of irregular shapes as a concept intended to contrast with the masterplan designed by the government, as a reaction to a plan apparently does not give much life to its citizens. Against this, MAD creates a space that aims to differentiate itself from all that is happening outside, one of the ideas is to line the outer body sheet metal reflectors, which through the reflections on the irregular surface of another vision delivered the new environment.

The interiors are intended to become the new public spaces divided into several exhibition hall lighted from above through holes which in turn provide adequate natural ventilation.
