The building is situated on a plot on the outskirts of Ciudad Delicias, Chihuahua, a medium sized city in northern Mexico. Going nearer to the building and turn away from the city, this is aligned with the path shown as the gateway of a medieval city: from collecting building using the search stage of the rural areas surrounding the city.

The project was conceived as a framework that captures part of the landscape and at the same time defines a plane of division between the city and suburbs. The skin of the building plays a dual role: first is the translucent material that allows the same view using the search, and otherwise dull skin is continuing to define the shape of the building and protects the interior from solar radiation. The skin was manipulated in order to differentiate the public space of the internal activities of the company's main reception areas and customer care, are not bound to rebuff above the ground floor as the Piano Nobile defining and organizing space. The operating space of the company is content with surround and flow through the entire building as a three-dimensional open plan that honors the hierarchical organization of the company. The building is on the ground floor for the protection of its northeast and southwest sides by splitting and movement of tapes that close to the most critical fronts, causing ruffles and terraces looking for the best views in the context can provide shade during the critical months of the year.

The geometry of the volume is defined according to the juxtaposition of three structural axes orthogonal rotated mind. This was mainly done in an effort to recreate the urban fabric designed in the style of the eighteenth century. The west elevation also benefits from the plans drawn himself creating shadows and reducing the direct sunlight.
The rule breaks down in the main lobby where dull skin suddenly changes direction to frame a cantilever volume flying over the porch, this generates a wave of urban scale to emphasize the hierarchy of the entrance and the atrium of the building contain pre - ladder.
